NASA SUITS TEAM 2023-24
NASA Spacesuit User Interface Technologies for Students (NASA SUITS) is a design challenge in which college students from across the country help design user interface solutions for future spaceflight needs, creating a Head Mounted Display (HMD) and Mission Control Console (MCC).

The team of students from UC Berkeley and Baylor University is 1 of 11 teams invited to demonstrate its design at NASA’s Johnson Space Center as part of the 2024 NASA SUITS Challenge. Students will spend several months coding their augmented reality-based prototypes and preparing to share their finished work with NASA personnel. In addition to implementing their designs, the team will publish their research and present their findings at technical or STEM conferences, as well as conduct outreach events to share their experiences and knowledge from NASA SUITS with their communities.
